Asseco CEIT tow tractors are available with various types of navigation (contour, laser, magnetic). They offer wide modularity and scalability with a load capacity of up to 6 tons and a maximum speed of 2 m/s. The number of combinations and their high degree of customization make them ideal for use in various internal logistics processes in an industrial environment. It is possible to connect the Asseco CEIT tow tractor AGVs to the customer’s internal information system and thus ensure a fully autonomous process. This results in a higher level of automation, unattended supply of the production line, or delivering finished products to the warehouse. The advantage of AGV tuggers is the possibility of transporting several pallets at once, which streamlines the flow of material and shortens the cycle time.

Peripherals
Roller conveyors
Asseco CEIT offers customers its own AGV peripherals to complete the tractor AGVs. Dynamic and static roller conveyors enable double-sided, fully automatic handling of the customer’s pallets. Different size options with different load capacities are available in the product portfolio. During the implementation, it is also possible to utilize the peripherals already in use by the customer.

E-frame
Electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic E-frame ensures transfer of material or components to designated locations on the line. It comes with manual or fully automatic versions. The advantage is that the static part does not require connection to a power source. Different size options with different load capacities are available in the product portfolio.
