LogiMAT 2026 recap: real conversations, real solutions, real momentum
Date: March 31, 2026, by Asseco CEIT
After three intensive days at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart, one thing became immediately clear: intralogistics is evolving rapidly, and expectations from the market are higher than ever.
For us at Asseco CEIT and Tuskrobots Europe, this year’s event was not just about presenting technology. It was about validating its relevance in real-world conditions, engaging in meaningful discussions, and gaining a deeper understanding of where the industry is heading next.
A booth built for real conversations
From the very beginning, our booth turned into a space for practical conversations. Visitors were not interested in theory or generic presentations. They came with specific challenges shaped by daily operations, whether it was stabilizing material flow in dynamic environments, scaling automation without vendor lock-in, or gaining real-time visibility across increasingly complex production systems.
Many of these challenges are not immediately visible, yet they accumulate over time and significantly impact performance. This was a recurring theme across discussions with both existing partners and new contacts.
From curiosity to concrete use cases
That is why we focused on live demonstrations instead of slides. By showing AGV systems operating in real conditions, coordinated fleet behavior, and real-time insights powered by Twiserion, we were able to move discussions quickly from initial curiosity to concrete use cases.
Seeing operations in motion creates a different level of understanding. Visitors could immediately relate what they saw to their own environments, which made conversations more specific, more technical, and ultimately more valuable.
Twiserion as the digital core of operations
A significant part of the discussions at the booth naturally revolved around Twiserion. Not just as a software solution, but as the digital layer that connects and orchestrates the entire operation.
Visitors were particularly interested in how Twiserion brings together fleet management, real-time location data, and digital twin capabilities into one unified platform. Instead of working with separate systems, they could see how everything – from AGV movement to production flow – can be managed, visualized, and optimized in real time.
What made the biggest impact was not a single feature, but the overall perspective it enables. The ability to see the entire operation as one synchronized system changes how decisions are made. It reduces blind spots, shortens reaction times, and creates a foundation for continuous optimization.
The shift from automation to orchestration
One of the strongest signals from LogiMAT was the growing demand for unified, intelligent systems. Twiserion stood out not only as a fleet management solution, but as a platform that connects autonomous logistics, production visibility through digital twin and RTLS, and data-driven decision-making into one cohesive ecosystem.
What resonated most was the ability to understand operations as a whole, rather than as a set of disconnected tools. This shift from isolated automation to orchestration is becoming a defining trend in modern intralogistics.
AGV solutions in real-world context
Alongside software, our AGV portfolio attracted strong interest, particularly in discussions focused on real deployment. Instead of asking only about specifications, visitors were more interested in how quickly solutions can be implemented, how they integrate into existing infrastructure, and how reliable they are in everyday operation.
The focus is clearly shifting from technology itself to the value it delivers in practice. Questions around timelines, integration complexity, and return on investment dominated many of the conversations we had.
Why face-to-face still matters
Despite the increasing role of digital communication, LogiMAT once again confirmed the importance of in-person interaction. Complex industrial solutions require discussion, context, and trust — all of which are built much faster face-to-face.
Many conversations naturally evolved beyond initial interest. Visitors shared concrete scenarios, we analyzed constraints together, and in several cases, defined clear next steps directly at the booth. This level of interaction is difficult to replicate in any other format.
A clear takeaway from LogiMAT 2026
If there is one key takeaway from this year’s event, it is this: companies are no longer asking whether they should automate. The question today is how to do it in a smarter, more connected, and scalable way.
This is exactly where we see our role — helping companies move from isolated solutions to fully orchestrated intralogistics systems that provide real-time visibility, control, and long-term flexibility.
Thank you for visiting us
We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth, shared their challenges, and explored solutions with us. Every conversation, whether short or in-depth, contributed to a better understanding of what the industry truly needs.
If we didn’t get the chance to connect during the event, feel free to reach out. The conversations started in Stuttgart are only the beginning.
