3D Printing and Prototyping
Asseco CEIT offers services of production and construction of prototypes in a very short time according to individual needs and customer requirements
We are engaged in the production of prototypes from simple parts through design and aesthetic concepts to functional units intended for testing. Conventional as well as additive technologies and manual assembly are used for the production of prototypes. We complete this process with final tuning of functionality and quality control.
The advantages of rapid prototyping in order to finalize and test functional units are:
- Practical verification and testing of the suitability and function of the components can be performed at an early stage of product development
- Rapid launch of products into production and marketing
- Detecting errors at the beginning of the product development process brings down costs to the company
- Prototypes of concepts will check the readiness of the market for a new product
A wide range of rapid prototyping technologies are used, such as SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) or DMLS (Direct Laser Metal Sintering). These are additive manufacturing technologies that create parts layer by layer, enabling the creation of models directly from 3D CAD systems. Using our technology and network of partners, we currently print parts from all available material suitable for 3D printing.
