Services in Industrial Ergonomics

We provide conceptual and detailed workplace design as well as assessments of physical, mental, and sensory workload of operators in accordance with the legislation of the Slovak and Czech Republics, European technical standards, and industrial ergonomics principles. We implement a functional and comprehensive ergonomics assessment system and also develop custom ergonomics evaluation systems tailored to the specifics of production processes, applied technologies, and the individual needs of each company.

Ergonomic Audit

The screening of selected job positions focuses on evaluating both the subjective and objective responses of operators to physical load, with the goal of categorizing them into three risk groups: low risk, medium risk, and high risk of health impairment. At a high risk level, immediate corrective measures are necessary.

The assessment includes a comprehensive analysis of physical, sensory, and mental workload, as well as an evaluation of the conceptual and dimensional parameters of the workspace. The results of this assessment are processed into a clear and understandable format within the ERGOMATICA system, which provides a summary overview of the risk level of individual job positions.

This structured overview supports effective management of workplace optimization processes and contributes to protecting employee health.

Detailed Workplace Assessment and Design Proposals

The goal of our projects is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the physical, mental, and sensory workload of operators. In our assessments, we use tools that consider not only objective indicators but also subjective feedback from the operators themselves. We take into account the applicable legislative limits and European technical standards that apply to workplaces in assembly, manufacturing, logistics, administration, and other areas.

Own Ergonomics Application CERAA

A full ergonomics assessment of the workplace in just a few minutes – fully compliant with European technical standards and current legislation. The evaluation is carried out directly on an augmented reality platform using a tablet, allowing immediate visualization and identification of potential issues. Proactive Ergonomics

We offer a service focused on detailed workplace and product design with an emphasis on preventing worker overload and reducing the risk of occupational diseases. Incorporating ergonomic principles and requirements already in the design phase significantly contributes to worker safety, health, and comfort. With our proactive approach and the use of a digital environment, we can help you design workplaces even before they are physically implemented – all you need are existing 3D models of the planned workspace, or we can prepare the models for you. Training and Educational Webinars

Through our training, participants learn the fundamental principles of industrial ergonomics, with a focus on designing workplaces that minimize physical, mental, and sensory load while protecting worker health. Participants gain practical knowledge and skills that enable them to independently identify ergonomic shortcomings in their own work environments.

The training familiarizes participants with the basics of industrial ergonomics and teaches them the principles of ergonomic workplace design in production, assembly, logistics, administration, and maintenance.

Implementation

Closed, in-house training: practical examples and evaluations carried out directly at selected workplaces within the organization, or at the premises of Asseco CEIT, a.s.; specific workplaces are assessed and analyzed based on the client’s requirements.
Open training at Asseco CEIT: a group of participants from various companies, with model case studies for practical application of the acquired knowledge.

Upon successful completion of the training, each participant receives a certificate issued by Asseco CEIT and the Slovak Ergonomics Society confirming the successful completion of the course.

Implementation of Ergonomics in Companies

As part of the project, we thoroughly analyze the existing ergonomics evaluation system in the workplace and enhance it so that the company gains a comprehensive and unified assessment framework for all components of workload, applicable across the entire organization.

Ergonomics of a Product (Machine, Line, Device, or Tool)

The analysis, evaluation, and potential redesign of workplaces from an ergonomics perspective are carried out in accordance with applicable European technical standards. In our projects, we focus on the ergonomics of products—including production lines, machines, devices, and tools—with the goal of minimizing worker strain and improving working conditions.
